1. Acceptance of terms

Access to and use of the menudia.app platform (hereinafter, "the Platform") implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Platform.

Menudia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from the moment of their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the service after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the service

Menudia is a gastronomic curation platform that allows users to discover daily menus published by restaurants in Catalonia. The service includes restaurant search, menu and price browsing, and locating nearby establishments.

The Platform acts as an information intermediary between restaurants and diners. Menudia is not responsible for the preparation, quality or service of meals offered by restaurants.

3. Registration and account

To access certain functionalities of the Platform, it may be necessary to create a user account. The user undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out with their account. In case of detecting unauthorised use, the user must immediately notify Menudia.

4. Use of the service

The user undertakes to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Any use that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Platform or prevent its normal use by other users is prohibited.

The use of the Platform for illegal or unauthorised purposes is expressly prohibited, including, without limitation, automated data collection, sending unsolicited commercial communications and identity impersonation.

5. Content publishing

Restaurants that publish content on the Platform (menus, prices, photographs, descriptions) guarantee that they have the necessary rights for publication and that the information is truthful and up-to-date.

Menudia reserves the right to remove any content it considers inappropriate, false or that infringes these terms or current legislation, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including design, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Menudia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the Platform's content without the prior written authorisation of Menudia is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Menudia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or infallibility of the Platform. Menudia shall not be liable for damages arising from service interruption, technical errors or security issues.

Menudia is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness or timeliness of information published by restaurants on the Platform. Responsibility for published information lies exclusively with the establishment that publishes it.

8. Modifications

Menudia reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or any part of the service, with or without notice. Menudia shall not be liable to the user or to third parties for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
